The new trend in business is flexibility, accountability and cost saving measures When the people you need to communicate with, share information with and negotiate with, are spread out over a large community or even around the country, conference calling brings you together and allows for the cost savings your managers, customers and clients demand.

Hay Communications offers easy to use conference calling at reasonable rates.

$20 an hour (one hour minimum, billed in 30 minute increments thereafter at $10 ea)

Up to 6 ports/attendees

Long distance charges, if applicable, are paid for by each individual accessing the conference bridge.

Call 519-236-4333, 1-888-831-4333 or email and set-up the date, time, approximate length of the call and the number of ports required. You will receive a confirmation email with usernames and passcodes for access at that time. Calls will be booked based on availability.
