Prepaid Service Account Deactivation

After 120 days with a zero balance, your account is cancelled. You will receive a message prior to your funds expiring. It is your responsibility to add funds. Once deactivated, your cell number, funds, minutes and any other features are gone. In order to reactivate service on a new number, an activation fee is required.

  2. Bonus data available upon registering one of these options: Automatic Monthly or Automatic Monthly/Low Balance Top-Up. Current bonus offer available to new customers or existing customers changing their plan after February 3, 2020. The bonus data will be applied to your account monthly after each successful top-up and total monthly charge (plan and add-ons) payment for each month, so long as your account is in good standing and continues to meet the bonus data requirements. If the bank account or credit card provided cannot be charged or you are no longer registered for Automatic Monthly or Automatic Monthly/Low Balance Top-up options, the bonus data will not be applied and will be automatically removed from your account. Any unused bonus data expires after 30 days.

Received texts include texts received while in Canada from an international phone number and service-related texts from Bell and exclude domestic, roaming and premium texts (shortcodes), alerts or dial-up texts.
