1. Register to Set-up a Username & Password
Go to: www.wtve.ca (be sure to use .ca not .com)
You need to have your Hay Communications Bill Statement information on hand. Either a paper copy or log in to your account on-line through SmartHub.
Either on your paper statement or when you click on “View bill” in SmartHub, look for “Summary by Service Type”.
On the wtve.ca Registration Screen – Select your TV provider:
- Choose Hay Communications as your TV provider
Click on Register in the top menu bar
Fill in the required fields.

Subscriber Validation
Account Number: On your statement at the top right find Account No. 102xxxxx. Enter all 8 numbers
Last Name on Statement: On your statement under the heading “Bill At a Glance” is the name on the account. Enter the last name ONLY
Verification Code: Enter the number shown in the Enter field
New User Information
Fill in all of these fields
Note: Your Username will be your Email Address
Click Register. A confirmation email will be sent to you at that email address.
Click on the confirmation link in this email. It can take 10 to 15 minutes to receive the email.
At this point you are registered. The email address and the password you created are used to log in to the providers sites.

Now you can select what service you want to watch and on what device. You can access “Locked” content or “Live” content if offered.
- Download the Mobile App or
- Go to the Providers website
To find their website:
- Click on the Image/link above, or
- Go to www.wtve.ca and click on the Provider links, or
- Go directly to the channel site such as TSN.ca
You do not have to go back to watchtveverywhere.ca but when logged in the site will show you what is available to you depending on the TV package your subscribe.
3. Log in to live content & locked content.
Choose your provider.
If you don’t see Hay Communications or Cable TV, choose “Other Provider”
Your provider is the same as was shown on your statement.
Login Using Your Username & Password you created.
