Some @hay.net email users sending to Office 365/Outlook.com domains will notice there is a delay. We are investigating this problem and working to get it resolved.
Current Issues:
There are currently no known issues effecting service.   Please contact My Support if you are having any problems.

General Tip after Power Outage:
If your service was affected by a recent power outage, please try rebooting your equipment by unplugging the power cable directly from your router/modem and leave it out for 20 seconds. Wait 5 minutes as it reboots, and if you are still having issues, open a ticket using one of the methods below.
