Customer Service & Sales Representative
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a one-year contract. This position will support our customers and CSR team across our 3 offices.
This position requires availability to work at our Zurich, Exeter, and Grand Bend office locations. Candidates must have reliable transportation to travel between offices.
Position Details
- One-year contract covering a leave, November 2, 2026 to October 29, 2027
- Approximately 35 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist customers with billing questions, service requests, and account updates
- Process new service orders, changes, and disconnects
- Receive and process customer payments and maintain accurate records
- Promote and explain company services including internet, television, phone, cellular, and security
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the CSR team
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to work across multiple software systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
