Good morning!! Oh my goodness your support team is awesome! I screwed up on Sunday and cut our cable cord. We called support and the guy we talked to was so funny and so helpful. I still felt dumb for doing that.. but he went out of his way to get someone on it. We said we were fine till Tuesday but tech guy was in town and stopped by and seconds later it was fixed. Don’t know support guys name…but he made a mistake of mine seem like no big deal.
We rarely need support from you guys..but so glad it’s there when we do. Thank-you! Lynda Hillman-Rapley

Letting you know that my recent experience with Hay was excellent. I wanted to switch to Hay Xstream TV and had no idea what was involved. I called in and Jenna assisted me in understanding the process of switching from cable. Very helpful indeed. This morning Ashley and Jason installed the new service and programmed 2 TV’s. They were both so instructive and helpful with delightful personalities. It took only an hour to complete the transition and it was entirely painless. In the end, I retained all my channels, added numerous smart TV features and even reduced my monthly charges.

Truly wonderful experience all around. Having dealt with the major cable companies in the past, this entire process of switching services was a delight. Will recommend Hay to anyone considering digital services. Jamie Colliver
