Services can be suspended once in a calendar year for a maximum of 6 months. Admin fees will apply.
If you want service restored before the full 6 months, call us with one business day notice.
Here is what you need to do to suspend your services
• Read the requirements for service suspension. Click on the button below.
• Send a written request. List the date you want the suspension to start and your account information.
• You don’t have to return modems or set-top boxes, but please protect your equipment and unplug it while you’re away.
• Leave services connected for your security system.
