2024 Patronage Dividend
Times have changed. As a telecommunications company, Hay must constantly review and improve our services and our practices. Over the years our customer base has changed as well. 93% of our members now subscribe to our internet service. It’s time for our patronage dividend to reflect that change.
Patronage is a unique way that cooperative corporations have to reward customer loyalty. Annually the Board of Directors of Hay reviews results and decides if the company is in a position to return a patronage dividend to it’s members.
For 2024 the Board has approved a patronage credit of 5% of eligible internet service fees to those members with accounts in good standing. It will appear as a credit on the January 1, 2025 statement.
Over $265,000 will be returned to our members.
Thank you for your patronage.

Career Plans & Goals
Upon completing my studies at Fanshawe College in the spring of 2026, I aim to secure a position as a flight instructor to accumulate Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours. Following this, I plan to obtain my IATRA certification and apply to Jazz Aviation. My goal is to build my flight hours to 1,500, which will enable me to take the ATPL exam. Ultimately, I aspire to transition to a position with Air Canada, where I hope to become a captain and lead a team.
