AGM Agenda will include the following items:
- Receiving the Financial Statements of the Corporation for the past fiscal year.
- Appointing auditors for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Confirming certain amendments to By-Law No. 4.
- Electing two directors.
- Transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
The terms for current directors Don Beauchamp and Jack Glavin will be complete at this meeting. They have both indicated their intention to stand for re-election. The Board of Directors has completed a review of the “By-Law No. 4 – Consolidated and Restated By-Laws” which governs the operation of the Co-operative. Certain housekeeping and update changes were made and are recommended to the members for approval at this meeting. A complete copy of the revised by-law is available at www.hay.net/agm.
