Further SIMPLIFY Your Monthly Hay Communications Billing

You should ALWAYS check your e-notification statement details on the first of every month. If you have questions, call 519-236-4333 or email

CHOOSE
Automatic Bank Debits

> Simplify your billing by having automatic debits made from your bank account or credit card each month. Your monthly electronic statement summary provides a quick look to confirm your charges, then with auto-debits, you can spend even less time paying bills by not having to prepare and send your payment to Hay each month.

>> Having the amount you owe come out of your account each month offers the peace of mind that your payments are made on the same date each month, but not earlier than necessary. Payments come out on the 21st every month (or the next business day when it falls on a weekend or holiday).

Regular on-time payments keep your Hay account rating at the highest level and avoids late payment charges. This can help if you ever want to finance a mobile device or if you are a new customer with a deposit held on your account.

Auto-debits give Hay Communications permission to take the amount you owe from your bank account monthly. You must provide a signed agreement and your account details to set this up. Make sure you understand how much will be taken out of your account to avoid insufficient fund charges on your account. You have the right to stop auto-debits at any time.

This form is also available at each office. You need to fill in the form and take it and your account information to a Hay Communications Office or mail it to 72863 Blind Line, Zurich, ON. N0M 2T0. Drop boxes are available after hours at all 3 office locations. Continue to make regular payments until your account summary says “Your bill will be paid in full automatically via Bank Draft.”
