To activate your new hay.net email account, please visit: https://webmail.hay.net and enter the username and password that was provided at the time your account was set up.
After you are logged in, click on Settings,
then, Password.
Enter the temporary password given to you when you set up the email account in the Current Password field, followed by the password that you would like to use, then click on Save.
Your new password must be a minimum of 8 characters and we strongly recommend that you use a mix of letters, numbers, and special symbols.
You will see a message pop up in the bottom right corner that says, “Successfully Saved” indicating that your password has been updated.
Click on the Logout icon in the bottom left corner of your screen to sign out of webmail.

Server Type: IMAP
Incoming Server: mail.hay.net
Incoming Port: 993
Incoming Security: SSL/TLS
Outgoing Server: smtp.hay.net
Outgoing Port: 587
Outgoing Security: STARTTLS (or SSL on older device if STARTTTLS is not an option)
Authentication: Password
Outgoing mail requires authentication
*Username And Password are NOT optional.
Username: (first part of email before @hay.net)
Password: (your email password)
