CONS
Too much screen time is a concern as there is a potential for reduced physical activity, sleep disruption, and negative effects on mental health.

Comparison on social media platforms can lead to issues like low self-esteem, body image concerns, cyberbullying, and an unrealistic perception of their friend’s lives.

Smartphones can be distracting at any time, leading to reduced focus and lower academic performance if not managed properly.

The internet can expose teens to risks such as online predators, cyberbullying, and privacy breaches. All of these are potential dangers that they may not know how to protect themselves from adequately.
