Xstream TV Subscribers. Please BE AWARE
Amazon has confirmed that going forward, all new Fire TV Sticks from 2026 on will be based on their new operating system called Vega OS. Firesticks using this new system will NOT run other developer options for streaming - this includes Hay Xstream TV.

Xstream TV programmers are working to update configuration to adapt to the new Vega OS, but it will take time. For now we are recommending you do not purchase the 2025 Fire TV Stick 4K Select or the 2026 Fire TV Stick HD or any newer devices. The best option is to purchase a different Android streaming device, such as Walmart's Onn device.

Receiving Outage Notifications
When you don't have connectivity, things can get tough. We recognize this. Hay staff are implementing better Outage Notifications so you know what's going on. If there isn't an outage listed for your service or area, you should create a support ticket so we can look into your specific issue.

Here is how you can set-up your account to receive outage notifications by email and/or text.

Log in to SmartHub, Your Account Portal

SmartHub on a Web Browser (Login to SmartHub)
1. Menu/Notifications
2. Manage Contacts - Set up your contact information
3. Manage Notifications
Under Account & Service Alerts
Choose Service Outage - Under the drop-down for Text and/or Email, choose your contact methods.

SmartHub on a Mobile App (Find it in your app store)
1. Menu/Settings
2. Contact Methods - Set up your contact information
3. Manage Notifications
Under Account & Service Alerts
Choose Service Outage - Toggle on and off your Text and/or Email preferences.
