Notifications for Service Outages

If you're experiencing an interruption to your service, checking our website or SmartHub is the quickest way to see if we're already aware of the issue. Service outage updates are posted on both our homepage and support page, keeping you informed about everything from community-wide outages and individual service disruptions, such as TV or Internet, to major fibre cuts.

We update these notices as new information becomes available, so you can stay informed on the status of the outage and expected restoration whenever possible.

If you don't see an outage that matches the issue you're experiencing, please let us know by creating a trouble ticket through the SmartHub app or other contact method listed on the support page. Reporting the problem helps our team investigate and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
